Чип-тюнинг Volvo XC60 2.4D
Автомобиль 2012 года выпуска с механической коробкой передач. Изначально владелец обратился к нам с просьбой решить проблему с забитым сажевым фильтром, однако узнав о потенциале этого двигателя было принято решение провести комплекс работ по увеличению мощности, удалению сажевого фильтра и отключению системы EGR.
Автомобиль 2012 года выпуска с механической коробкой передач. Изначально владелец обратился к нам с просьбой решить проблему с забитым сажевым фильтром, однако узнав о потенциале этого двигателя было принято решение провести комплекс работ по увеличению мощности, удалению сажевого фильтра и отключению системы EGR. Данный двигатель отличается от версии 2.4 D5 215 л.с. 440 Нм только программным обеспечением.
Первым делом была решена проблема с сажевым фильтром, который был главной причиной отсутствия прежней динамики и горящей лампочки неисправности двигателя на панели приборов.
Далее были проведены испытания автомобиля на мощностном динамометрическом стенде.
Результаты замеров на заводской программе <162 л.с. и 415 Нм> (производителем заявлено 163 л.с.и 400 Нм).
Блок управления двигателем BOSCH EDC17CP48 — прошивается со вскрытием. На подготовку и запись модифицированного файла уходит около 2-х часов. Далее вновь следует замер на диностенде.
В результате замеров на нашей программе мощность возросла до 244 л.с., а крутящий момент до 503 Нм. Фактический прирост составил +82 л.с. и 85 Нм!!!
По времени весь комплекс работ занимает от 4 до 6 часов.
Изменения в динамике разгона после чип-тюнинга очень чувствительны. Расход топлива в спокойном режиме не изменится, а в некоторых случаях возможно снижение.

Чип-тюнинг Volvo XC60 2.4 181 л.с.
Компактный кроссовер, ставший самой продаваемой моделью шведского производителя в 2009-2015 годах — Volvo XC60. Сама модель выпускалась с 2008 по 2017 год, пережив один рестайлинг в 2013. Автомобиль был разработан двумя компаниями Land Rover и Volvo, на то время принадлежавшими компании Ford.
В нашем случае, Volvo XC60 в комплектации D4, с турбированным дизельным 5-цилиндровым двигателем, с рабочим объемом 2.4 литра, мощностью 181 л.с. и 420 Нм. Стоит отметить, что моторы на комплектациях D3 2.4 163 л.с., D4 2.4 181 л.с., D5 2.4 215 л.с. абсолютно одинаковые и имеют отличие только в программном ограничении мощности, поэтому результат от чип-тюнинга на этих силовых установках идентичный. Помимо Вольво XC60, данный двигатель устанавливается на модели S60, S80, V70, XC70.
На Вольво ХС60 2.4 дизель установлен электронный блок управления двигателем Bosch EDC17CP48, построенный на базе процессора TC1797. Чип-тюнинг проводим подключившись к разъему самого блока управления, разбирать или вскрывать его при этом не нужно. Контроллер находится под жабо лобового стекла, для удобства работ снимаем его с автомобиля. Демонтаж не сложный и занимает около 10 минут аккуратной работы.
После снятия блока подключаемся непосредственно к его разъемам для считывания и записи программы управления двигателем.
Этап программирования занимает около 10-15 минут.
Модифицированную прошивку подготавливаем исходя из пожеланий клиента, учитывая особенности двигателя и трансмиссии, чтобы отрицательно не повлиять на их ресурс. В результате чип-тюнинга на Volvo XC60 2.4 D4 получается достичь увеличения мощности порядка 35% к лошадиным силам и 19% к крутящему моменту. При настройке мы смещаем ограничение по мощности до заводской версии D5 (215 л.с. 440 Нм.) и дополнительно делаем безопасный для автомобиля тюнинг. Такой прирост мощности существенно сказывается на улучшении динамики во всем диапазоне разгона. Появляется ярко выраженный подхват при резких ускорениях. Сглаживаются всевозможные провалы и турбояма. Улучшается отклик от нажатия на педаль акселератора. Переключение на пониженную передачу при кикдауне становится мягче и быстрее. В целом езда на автомобиле получается динамичнее, приятнее и комфортнее.

Результат:
Расчетный прирост мощности 35% к л.с. и 19% к крутящему моменту.
В данном случае прирост составил ~+64 л.с. ~+80 Нм.
Без снижения ресурса двигателя и без увеличения расхода топлива!
В результате значительно улучшена динамика разгона во всем диапазоне оборотов. Убраны провалы на старте и при переключении передач. Убраны ямы и провалы на самом разгоне, за счет чего движение и ускорение получается более мягким и эластичным. Режим кондиционирования при включении менее сказывается на потере мощности. Улучшена скорость реакции педали газа. В спокойных режимах езды возможно снижение расхода топлива.
Также на данном автомобиле возможно:
- DPF off, Программное отключение контроля системы сажевого фильтра. Если есть неисправности с системой сажевого фильтра (DPF), при чип-тюнинге ее можно программно отключить. Делается это для последующего физического удаления самого элемента сажевого фильтра из выхлопной системы.
- EGR off, Программное отключение клапана рециркуляции отработанных газов. При проблемах с клапаном ЕГР возможно его программное отключение. Если клапан закрывается плотно, то нет необходимости глушить его физически, он остается закрытым во всех режимах.
Перепрограммирование осуществляется через разъем блока управления двигателя.
